Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid U.S. mailing address and payment method.
2. Approval: We review and approve applications at our discretion. We may reject or terminate affiliates who do not align with our brand values.
3. Commissions: Affiliates earn 10–15% commission on qualifying orders made with their coupon code. Commissions exclude discounts, taxes, shipping, and returns.
4. Payments: Payouts are made monthly (net-30) once you reach a $25 minimum balance. Payments are sent via PayPal, ACH, or store credit.
5. Prohibited Conduct: No spamming, trademark bidding, coupon-site posting, or misrepresentation. Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure rules.
6. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for fraudulent activity.

Privacy Policy

1. We collect personal information (name, email, payment details) only to administer the affiliate program.
2. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
3. Your information may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors) strictly for program operation.
4. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting affiliates@bubbleteasupply.com.
5. By applying, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.
